The invention relates to an electro-hydraulic braking system, a using method thereof and a vehicle. The electro-hydraulic braking system comprises an electronic stability control system, an absolute pressure sensor and a vacuum boosting module, the vacuum boosting module comprises a vacuum booster, and the absolute pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure in the vacuum booster. The electronic stability control system can convey brake fluid in the vacuum booster to wheels of a vehicle to achieve pressurized braking, the electro-hydraulic braking system has a first working mode and a second working mode, in the first working mode, the vacuum booster serves as a braking source for pressurized braking of the wheels. And in the second working mode, the electronic stability control system serves as a braking source for pressurizing braking of the wheels. The electro-hydraulic braking system can reliably brake the vehicle.
