The invention discloses a method for actively separating a vehicle-mounted assembly during high-speed collision, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether a collision happens or not and the collision severity degree based on a collision acceleration signal, and representing the collision severity degree by an equivalent collision speed Vs; comparing a collision speed Vs and a theoretical collision speed VX corresponding to separation of Xth assembly combination one by one, when Vs is larger than VX and smaller than VX+1, actively disconnecting the Xth assembly combination, X being larger than or equal to 1. According to the method, a correlation control method of collision degree and assembly separation combination is introduced, self-explosion type bolts at different positions and in different numbers are exploded under different collision degrees, separation of the assembly is accurately controlled, and harm of collision to passengers and vehicle maintenance economy after collision are both considered.

    本发明公开了一种高速碰撞时车载总成主动脱离方法,基于碰撞加速度信号判断是否发生碰撞和发生碰撞严重程度,碰撞严重程度用等效碰撞速度Vs表征;逐个对比碰撞速度Vs和第X个总成组合脱离对应的理论碰撞速度VX,当VX<Vs<VX+1时,主动断开第X个总成组合,X≥1。本发明引入碰撞程度与总成脱离组合的相关性控制方法,实现不同碰撞程度下爆炸不同位置、数量的自爆式螺栓,准确控制总成的脱离,兼顾了降低碰撞对乘员的伤害和碰撞后车辆维修经济性。
