The invention provides an intelligent voice broadcasting system and method. Face recognition can be performed on passengers in a vehicle according to acquired and analyzed audio and video in the vehicle, the distribution density of the passengers in each area is judged through triangular positioning, the noise intensity of different areas is reconfigured, theft or harsh abnormal behaviors are intelligently recognized, different broadcast content broadcast strategies can be provided for different situations, and further personalized voice broadcast service can be provided intelligently, and the experience of passengers is improved; and therefore, the problem that passengers cannot hear the voice broadcast clearly and miss station information due to hearing problems, attention, other noises and the like in the travel process of public transport such as buses and subways is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种智能语音播报系统及方法,可以根据采集分析车辆内部的音频和视频,对车内的乘客进行人脸识别,并通过三角定位判断各区域人员的分布密度,识别出不同区域的噪音强度,以及智能识别出盗窃或猥亵异常行为,可以针对不同的情形提供不同的播报内容播报策略,从而可以智能地提供个性化的语音播报服务,提高了乘员的体验;从而避免公交、地铁等公共交通出行过程中,由于听力问题、注意力以及其他噪音等原因,乘客听不清语音广播从而错过站点信息的问题。
