The invention provides a power-on and power-off method and device for a power battery of a new energy automobile, and the method and device are applied to a controller of a battery management system. The method comprises the steps of in the power on process, receiving a wake-up command from the vehicle controller, judging whether the battery management system is normal; if the battery management system is judged to be normal, waiting for the vehicle control unit to send an instruction of closing a main relay in the battery management system; if an instruction of closing a main relay in the battery management system sent by the vehicle control unit is received, closing the main relay in the battery management system; in the power-off process, receiving a power-off instruction sent by a vehicle control unit; judging whether the current main circuit current value acquired by the battery management system is normal or not; and if judging that the current main circuit current value acquired by the battery management system is normal, disconnecting a main relay in the battery management system. Therefore, damage to electrical components in a battery high-voltage loop due to pulse current impact in the power-on and power-off process of the power battery is avoided.
本发明提供了一种新能源汽车的动力电池的上下电的方法及装置,应用于电池管理系统的控制器,在上电过程中,通过在接收到整车控制器发送的唤醒指令;判断电池管理系统是否正常;若判断出电池管理系统正常,则等待整车控制器发送闭合电池管理系统中的主继电器指令;若接收到整车控制器发送闭合电池管理系统中的主继电器指令,闭合电池管理系统中的主继电器;在下电过程中,通过接收到整车控制器发出的下电指令;判断电池管理系统采集的当前主电路电流值是否正常;若判断出电池管理系统采集的当前主电路电流值正常,断开电池管理系统中的主继电器。以此来避免动力电池在进行上下电过程中,电池高压回路中的电器部件受到脉冲电流冲击带来的损伤。
