The invention relates to a gantry crane circuit system driven by a fuel cell and a control method. The gantry crane circuit is mainly composed of a fuel cell power supply circuit, a super capacitor power supply circuit, an energy consumption circuit, a bus circuit, a load circuit and other accessory circuits, and the fuel cell power supply circuit, the super capacitor power supply circuit and the load circuit are connected through the bus circuit. Various current and voltage sensors, a direct-current converter, a fuse, a relay, an energy management controller and the like are arranged in the circuit. The fuel cell power supply circuit and the super capacitor power supply circuit are added on the basis of a traditional gantry crane circuit, and the characteristics that a fuel cell is high in efficiency, clean and free of pollution are effectively utilized. By utilizing the characteristic of high power density of the super capacitor, the problem of insufficient power supply at the moment when the gantry crane lifts a heavy object is solved, and the braking energy during re-release is efficiently recovered.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池驱动的龙门吊电路系统及控制方法。龙门吊电路主要由燃料电池供电电路、超级电容供电电路、能量消耗电路、母线电路、负载电路以及其他辅件电路组成,通过母线电路将燃料电池电路、超级电容电路与负载电路连接起来,电路内部包括各种电流、电压传感器、直流变换器、熔断器、继电器、能量管理控制器等。在传统龙门吊电路的基础上增加了燃料电池供电电路和超级电容供电电路,有效利用了燃料电池效率高且清洁无污染的特点;利用了超级电容高功率密度的特性,解决龙门吊提升重物的瞬间出现供电不足的问题,并且高效回收了重释放时的制动能量。
