The invention provides an automatic control method for opening degree of a clutch of an ATM vehicle in a braking state. The method is characterized in that a sensor is used for collecting the rotating analog quantity of braking, a converter is used for converting the analog quantity into the digital quantity and then inputting the digital quantity into a TCU, and the TCU controls a clutch motor to control the opening degree of the clutch. According to the method, the opening degree of the clutch during braking is accurately controlled in a control mode of a principle of converting the analog quantity into an electric signal and processing the electric signal to obtain a voltage capable of being output and controlled. The service life of the clutch is prolonged to a great extent, and faults and maintenance and replacement frequency are reduced.

    本发明提供的一种ATM车辆刹车状态下离合器开度的自动控制方法,通过传感器采集刹车的转动模拟量,通过转换器将模拟量转换为数字量后输入到TCU,TCU控制离合器电机控制离合器的开度大小。本发明以模拟量转换电信号并将电信号处理得到可输出控制的电压原理的控制方式,精确的控制了在刹车时离合器的开度。很大程度上提高了离合器的寿命,减少了故障及维修更换频率。
