The invention discloses equipment for debugging the distance between an iron core and an armature sheet of an airplane differential pressure-variable pressure sensor, and belongs to the technical field of aviation equipment repair. The equipment comprises a measuring head, a sliding table, a base assembly, a chuck assembly and a differential pressure transformation type pressure sensor assembly, the equipment base assembly comprises a measuring head fixing frame, an equipment reference base and a baffle. The chuck assembly comprises a chuck base, a chuck installation frame and a locking screw. The differential pressure transformation type pressure sensor assembly comprises a sensor base, an iron core, an armature piece and an electric appliance interface. The measuring head fixing frame, the baffle, the sliding table and the differential pressure-variable pressure sensor to be adjusted are all installed on the equipment reference base. The movement distance of the sliding table is accurately measured and controlled by utilizing the characteristic of high measurement accuracy of the measuring head, so that the distance between the iron core and the armature is accurately measured and adjusted, and debugging data is quantified. And compared with an experience-based adjustment method, the method has higher practicability, and meanwhile, the efficiency and the quality are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种调试飞机差动变压式压力传感器铁芯与衔片距离的设备,属于航空装备修理技术领域。该设备包括测头、滑台、底座组件、夹头组件及差动变压式压力传感器组件;其中设备底座组件包括:测头固定架、设备基准底座、挡板;夹头组件包括:夹头底座、夹头安装架、锁紧螺钉;差动变压式压力传感器组件包括传感器底座、铁芯、衔片以及电器接口;测头固定架、挡板、滑台以及安装待调的差动变压式压力传感器均安装于设备基准底座上。利用测头的测量精度高的特性精确测量并控制滑台的运动距离,实现铁芯与衔片的距离的准确测量和调节,并且量化调试数据。相对于依靠经验调整方法具有较高的实用性,同时大大的提高了效率和质量。
