The invention belongs to the field of marine machinery, and provides a rotary vane type steering engine device with high-reliability hierarchical control. The rotary vane type steering engine device comprises a rotary vane type steering engine and a two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve. In the rotary vane type steering engine, a sealing oil cavity formed by a first moving vane, a first fixed vane and a second fixed vane communicates with a second oil port and a first oil port. A sealing oil cavity formed by a second moving vane and the second fixed vane and a third fixed vane communicates with a third oil port and a fourth oil port. A sealing oil cavity formed by a third moving vane, the third fixed vane and the first fixed vane communicates with a fifth oil port and a sixth oil port. The first oil port and the second oil port communicate with a B1 port and an A1 port of a first two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, the third oil port and the fourth oil port communicate with an A1 port and a B1 port of a second two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, and the fifth oil port and the sixth oil port communicate with an A1 port and a B1 port of a third two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve. Independent work of each vane can be achieved, when the steering load is small, a single vane works, and reduction of system noise can be facilitated. When the sealing of a certain vane fails, the other vanes can be switched to work.

    本发明属于船用机械领域,提供一种高可靠分级控制的转叶式舵机装置,包括转叶式舵机、两位四通电磁换向阀;转叶式舵机中,1号动叶片与1号、2号定叶片形成的密封油腔与2号、1号油口连通;2号动叶片与2号、3号定叶片形成的密封油腔与3号、4号油口连通;3号动叶片与3号、1号定叶片形成的密封油腔与5号、6号油口连通;1号、2号油口与1号两位四通电磁换向阀的B1、A1口连通,3号、4号油口与2号两位四通电磁换向阀的A1、B1口连通,5号、6号油口与3号两位四通电磁换向阀的A1、B1口连通。本发明可实现每个叶片的独立工作,当操舵负载小时,单个叶片工作,有利于降低系统噪声;当某一叶片的密封失效时,可切换至其他叶片工作。
