The invention relates to an anti-fatigue prestress variable cross-section steel crane beam and a manufacturing method. The steel crane beam is provided with an upper flange, a lower flange, a web plate and an end plate, and also comprises anchoring ends symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the web plate, steering gears, a prestress steel strand and anchorage devices; the steel crane beam isfurther provided with a plurality of first vertical stiffening ribs and two second vertical stiffening ribs, and the length of the second vertical stiffening ribs is smaller than that of the first vertical stiffening ribs; the anchoring ends are welded to steel strand through holes in end plates at the two ends; the number of the steering gears is two, and each steering gear is fixed at the bottomend of one second vertical stiffening rib; and the steel strand is wound around the steering gears, and the two ends of the steel strand penetrate through the steel strand through holes and are anchored to the anchoring ends through the anchorage devices. The anti-fatigue prestress variable cross-section steel crane beam is particularly suitable for pre-reinforcement of the steel crane beam before newly-built building construction, the structure of the steel crane beam is hardly changed, construction is easy and convenient, the period is short, economy and reliability are achieved, and the anti-fatigue performance of the variable cross-section position of the variable cross-section steel crane beam can be remarkably improved.

    本发明涉及一种抗疲劳预应力变截面钢吊车梁及制造方法,钢吊车梁具有上翼缘、下翼缘、腹板、端板,还包括对称布置于腹板两侧的锚固端、转向器,以及预应力钢绞线和锚具,并且所述钢吊车梁还具有若干个第一竖向加劲肋和两个第二竖向加劲肋,且第二竖向加劲肋的长度小于第一竖向加劲肋;所述锚固端焊接在两端的端板上的钢绞线通孔处;所述转向器有两个,分别固定在一个第二竖向加劲肋的底端;所述钢绞线绕过转向器,两端穿过钢绞线通孔并通过锚具锚固在锚固端。本发明尤其适用于新建建筑施工前钢吊车梁的预先加固,几乎不改变钢吊车梁自身结构,施工简便且周期短,经济可靠,能够显著提高变截面钢吊车梁变截面处的抗疲劳性能。
