The invention discloses a controllably unfolded high-aspect-ratio unmanned aerial vehicle wing rotating and folding mechanism which comprises end covers, a compression spring, lock catches, a rotatingshaft, a key, a torsion spring, wing connecting joints and a pin puller. And the two wing connecting joints are connected with the rotating shaft through bearings. The torsion spring is arranged between the wing connecting joints, and the end of the torsion spring is inserted into holes of the wing connecting joints to form connection. And the group of lock catches and compression springs are arranged above and below the two wing connecting joints. A groove is formed in each lock catch and is connected with the shaft through the key. The end covers are arranged at the two ends of the shaft tosupport the compression springs. The pin puller is fixed to the upper surface of the lower wing connecting joint and connected with the upper wing connecting joint through a plug pin. In the folded state, the wings are rotated to be parallel to a fuselage to complete locking, and the occupied space in the folded state is effectively reduced. During unfolding, controllable unlocking is performed,and rotary unfolding and self-locking can be completed without driving of an additional motor.
