The invention provides an aircraft test bus system based on power line carrier communication. The aircraft test bus system comprises at least one data recording device and a plurality of data acquisition node devices that are connected to the data recording device through power cables, and the data acquisition node devices are used for acquiring state information of the aircraft; the data acquisition node devices are provided with carrier communication modules, the carrier communication modules can quantize acquired aircraft state information and then perform carrier communication so as to transmit the aircraft state information to the data recording devices, and the data recording devices perform data receiving and transmitting through a power cable. And the information collected by the data acquisition node devices distributed in the whole machine is recorded and stored. According to the aircraft test bus system provided by the invention, a traditional bus communication cable is replaced by power cable carrier communication, so that the weight of the cable is greatly reduced, the area of an equipment interface equipment panel is reduced, and the cost is saved.

    本申请提供了一种基于电力载波通信的飞机测试总线系统,包括:至少一个数据记录设备;和多个数据采集节点设备,多个数据采集节点设备通过电力线缆连接至数据记录设备,所述数据采集节点设备用于采集飞机的状态信息;其中,数据采集节点设备具有载波通信模块,通过所述载波通信模块能够将采集的飞机状态信息量化后进行载波通信,以传递至数据记录设备,数据记录设备通过电力线缆载进行数据收发,将分布在全机的数据采集节点设备收集到的信息进行记录存储。本申请所提供的飞机测试总线系统通过使用电力线缆载波通信而取代传统总线通信电缆,大幅减轻了电缆重量,减少了设备接口设备面板面积,节省了成本。
