The invention relates to a goods loading and unloading system for a stainless steel chemical ship. The system comprises an oil storage unit, a conveying unit and a cleaning unit; the oil storage unitcomprises a coast goods hold, a plurality of ship goods holds and an oil storage tank; the conveying unit comprises a stainless steel conveying pipe for connecting the first connecting pipe with the coast goods hold, the stainless steel conveying pipe is provided with an intelligent loading and unloading oil cutting device, a first pressure sensor is arranged at the position, close to the coast goods hold, of the stainless steel conveying pipe, and a second pressure sensor is arranged at the position, close to the ship goods hold, of the first connecting pipe; the cleaning unit comprises a flushing valve and a purging valve which are arranged at the position, close to the coast goods hold, of the stainless steel conveying pipe, the flushing valve is connected with an external water sourcethrough a pipeline, and the purging valve is connected with an external air source through a pipeline. The device has the following advantages that abrasion and deformation damage of the conveying pipe are avoided, the switching connection tightness of the loading and unloading oil cut-off state and the working state is guaranteed, and meanwhile the switching efficiency of the loading and unloading oil cut-off state and the working state is improved.
