The invention discloses an inerting device combining a hollow fiber membrane and a molecular sieve carrier oil tank, which belongs to the technical field of fire prevention and explosion prevention. The device comprises an engine air entraining subsystem, a hollow fiber membrane subsystem, a molecular sieve subsystem and an oil tank inerting subsystem. According to the invention, an engine is adopted for bleed air, the bleed air is cooled, filtered and dried and then pressurized by a compressor, then the hollow fiber membrane is introduced to separate oxygen and nitrogen in the bleed air, high-concentration nitrogen can be rapidly produced at the outlet, then the high-concentration nitrogen is introduced into a molecular sieve device, and the molecular sieve can adsorb oxygen in the gas; the oxygen content in the bleed air is further reduced, high-concentration nitrogen-rich gas is generated, the nitrogen-rich gas is automatically controlled to be filled into an oil tank, the oxygen content in the oil tank is reduced, and the oil tank is in a non-combustible state. According to the device, controllable automatic operation of the system is realized through an oxygen concentration sensor and a temperature sensor, and the defects of low nitrogen-rich concentration in air separation of the hollow fiber membrane and low air separation efficiency of the molecular sieve are overcome,so that the airborne inerting system has the advantages of high starting speed, high inerting efficiency, no environmental pollution and the like.

    本发明公开了一种联合中空纤维膜和分子筛机载油箱惰化装置,属于防火防爆技术领域,包括发动机引气子系统、中空纤维膜子系统、分子筛子系统和油箱惰化子系统。本发明通过采用发动机引气并经过冷却过滤且干燥后通过压缩机增压,然后通入中空纤维膜对引气中氧氮进行分离,出口能够快速产出较高浓度氮气,然后较高浓度的氮气通入分子筛装置,分子筛能够吸附气体中的氧,进一步降低引气中的氧含量,产生高浓度富氮气体,并自动控制富氮气体充入油箱,降低油箱内氧气含量,使其处于不可燃烧状态。本装置通过氧浓度传感器和温度传感器实现系统的可控自动运行,克服了中空纤维膜空气分离富氮浓度低和分子筛空气分离效率低的缺点,使得机载惰化系统具有启动速度快、惰化效率高、无环境污染等优点。
