The invention relates to an aircraft fuel tank inerting system with a dehumidification function. The aircraft fuel tank inerting system comprises a fuel tank, a fan, an electric heater, a catalytic reactor, a third flame arrester, a cooler, a water separator, a membrane dryer, a third electric control valve, a fourth electric control valve and a controller. An inlet and an outlet of the membrane dryer purge gas channel are communicated with the atmospheric environment; liquid water outlets of the water separator are communicated with the atmospheric environment and are sequentially connected in series to form a loop; stamping air is communicated to the cooler through the third electric control valve and is communicated to the electric heater through the fourth electric control valve. The controller is used for controlling the fan to work and controlling the flow of the stamping air guided into the cooler and the electric heater. A mixture of fuel steam and air in a gas-phase space at the upper part of the fuel tank is subjected to flameless catalytic combustion in a catalytic oxidation reactor after temperature adjustment, and hydrocarbon in the fuel steam is oxidized into carbon dioxide and water. Inert gas flowing back to the fuel tank is fully dried, the stamping air is used for preliminary cooling and dewatering, then deep drying is conducted in the membrane dryer, and water molecules in the inert gas are fully taken away.

    本发明涉及具有除湿功能的飞行器燃油箱惰化系统,包含油箱、风机、电加热器、催化反应器、第三阻火器、冷却器、水分离器、膜式干燥器、第三电动调节阀、第四电动调节阀和控制器;所述膜干燥器吹扫气通道入口和出口均连通大气环境;所述水分离器液态水出口连通大气环境,且依次串联形成回路;冲压空气经过第三电动调节阀连通到冷却器,同时冲压空气经过第四电动调节阀连通到电加热器;所述控制器用于控制风机工作,以及对冲压空气导入冷却器和电加热器的流量进行控制。本发明将油箱上部气相空间燃油蒸气和空气混合物经过温度调节后在催化氧化反应器中进行无焰催化燃烧后,燃油蒸汽中的碳氢化合物被氧化成二氧化碳和水。使得流回油箱的惰化气体得到充分干燥,利用冲压空气进行初步冷却除水,然后在膜干燥器中进行深度干燥,使惰化气体中的水分子被充分带走。
