According to the technical scheme, the hoisting rapid positioning mechanism is characterized by comprising a hook-shaped lifting hook, wherein a cavity is formed in a body at the lower end of the lifting hook; a power source and a laser emitter are arranged in the cavity; the laser emitting end of the laser emitter penetrates the cavity and vertically downwards extends to the outside; a first fixing block and a second fixing block are arranged on the inner side of the hook structure of the lifting hook; a distance is formed between the first fixing block and the second fixing block; an elastic piece is arranged on the inner side of the hook structure of the lifting hook; the elastic piece is located above the first fixing block and the second fixing block and blocks the first fixing block and the second fixing block; a movable block is arranged below theelastic piece; and the movable block right faces and is matched with the distance between the first fixing block and the second fixing block. According to the hoisting rapid positioning mechanism of the tower crane, rapid positioning of the lifting hook can be achieved, the lifting hook can be rapidly aligned with a to-be-hoisted object, and the hoisting efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机的吊装快速定位机构,属于塔式起重机技术领域,其技术方案要点是,包括呈弯钩状的吊钩,吊钩下端本体的内部开设有腔体,腔体的内部设有电源和激光发射器,其中激光发射器的激光发射端贯穿腔体并竖直向下伸出至外界,吊钩弯钩结构的内侧安装有第一固定块和第二固定块,第一固定块和第二固定块之间隔有距离,吊钩弯钩结构的内侧还安装有弹性片,弹性片位于第一固定块和第二固定块的上方且将二者进行了封堵,弹性片的下方安装有活动块,活动块正对且适配第一固定块和第二固定块之间的间隔。该种塔式起重机的吊装快速定位机构能够实现吊钩的快速定位,进而实现吊钩能够快速对准待吊取的物品,有效提升了吊装效率。
