The invention discloses a heat recovery system of a new energy vehicle and a control method thereof. The system comprises a heat pump loop and a heat dissipation water loop, and the heat dissipation water loop is used for carrying out heat dissipation on vehicle working parts at least comprising a motor and a charger; the heat recovery system further comprises a waste heat exchanger, and when a heat pump loop is in a heating mode and the temperature of high-temperature water in the heat dissipation water loop is within a preset temperature range, at least part of a refrigerant flowing out of an in-vehicle condenser in the heat pump loop exchanges heat with the high-temperature water in the heat dissipation water loop through the waste heat exchanger. High-temperature water heat in the heatdissipation water loop can be used for heating the refrigerant in a heating mode, heat of working parts of the vehicle is fully recycled, then electric quantity loss during heating of the heat pump loop can be reduced, the electric quantity of a battery is greatly saved, the endurance mileage of the vehicle is increased, and particularly, the heat recovery system has a very important significancefor the vehicle to use in a low-temperature environment.
本发明公开了一种新能源车辆的热回收系统及其控制方法,该系统包括热泵回路和散热水回路,其中散热水回路用于对至少包括电机、充电器在内的车辆工作部件进行散热;热回收系统还包括废热换热器,当热泵回路处于制热模式且散热水回路中的高温水温度处于预定温度范围时,由热泵回路中的车内冷凝器流出的冷媒至少部分经废热换热器与散热水回路的高温水换热;本发明中散热水回路中的高温水热量可以为制热模式下的冷媒进行加热,充分回收利用车辆工作部件的热量,进而可以节省热泵回路制热时对于电量的损耗,大大节省了电池电量,有利于提高车辆的续航里程,尤其对于车辆在温度较低环境使用具有非常重要的意义。
