The invention discloses a safety air bag igniter capable of automatically igniting at a high temperature. The safety air bag igniter comprises a tube shell and an electrode plug. The electrode plug ispressed into the tube shell and then welded and sealed; a plastic sleeve sleeves outside the tube shell, and the plastic sleeve, the tube shell and the electrode plug are coated by an injection molding body; a space formed by the tube shell and the electrode plug is filled with the automatic ignition powder; and the end, making contact with the automatic ignition powder, of the electrode plug isconnected with a bridge wire. By the adoption of the safety air bag igniter, automatic ignition powder bags or tablets used in a gas production powder chamber or a starting mix chamber of the safety air bag can be reduced or avoided, assembling is convenient, and the design of the safety air bag is more compact. In addition, the automatic ignition powder can still realize automatic ignition afterresisting aging at 107 DEG C for 408 hours and 120 DEG C for 100 hours in AKLV-16.

    本发明公开了一种高温自动点火的安全气囊点火具,包括管壳和电极塞;电极塞压入管壳后焊接密封;管壳外套装塑料套,注塑体将塑料套、管壳和电极塞进行包覆;管壳和电极塞形成的空间内填装自动点火药;电极塞与自动点火药接触的一端连接有桥丝。使用本发明涉及的安全气囊点火具也可以减小或避免在安全气囊的产气药室或传火药室中使用自动点火药药包或药片,便于装配,使安全气囊的设计更加紧促。此外,该自动点火药可以抵抗AKLV‑16中107℃408h和120℃100h的老化后仍然可以实现自动点火。
