The invention provides an explosion-proof motor shell suitable for an inspection unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises an explosion-proof main shell, an explosion-proof auxiliary shell, an unmannedaerial vehicle motor, a motor rotor, a rotor bracket, an unmanned aerial vehicle blade frame, a motor lead port and a breathing small hole, and is characterized in that the explosion-proof main shellis detachably connected with the explosion-proof auxiliary shell; the unmanned aerial vehicle motor is arranged in the explosion-proof main shell; the unmanned aerial vehicle motor can be electrically connected with the explosion-proof auxiliary shell through the motor lead port; the unmanned aerial vehicle blade frame is rotationally connected to the rotor support, and the output end of the motor rotor is in driving connection with the unmanned aerial vehicle blade frame; and small breathing holes are formed in the outer side of the anti-explosion auxiliary shell and the outer ring of the rotor support. By adopting a split explosion-proof design, the explosion-proof main shell and the explosion-proof auxiliary shell are separately arranged, the explosion-proof main shell protects the motor, the explosion-proof auxiliary shell protects the electronic speed controller, and the rotor bracket is used as an intermediate component for motor motion output, so that the explosion-proof requirement is satisfied.

    本发明提供了一种适用于巡检无人机的防爆电机外壳,包括:防爆主壳体、防爆辅助壳体、无人机电机、电机转子、转子支架、无人机叶片架、电机引线口和呼吸小孔,防爆主壳体和防爆辅助壳体可拆卸连接;无人机电机内置于防爆主壳体内;无人机电机能够通过电机引线口与防爆辅助壳体电调连接;无人机叶片架可旋转连接在转子支架上,电机转子的输出端驱动连接无人机叶片架;防爆辅助壳体外侧和转子支架外圈开设置有呼吸小孔。本发明通过采用分体式防爆设计,防爆主壳体和防爆辅助壳体分开放置,防爆主壳体保护电机,防爆辅助壳体保护电调,转子支架作为电机运动输出的中间构件,满足隔爆要求。
