The invention discloses a rotary cushion valve system and relates to a lorry-mounted crane hydraulic control system. Hydraulic impact pressure of oil ports A and B on the two sides of a motor is obtained through a second shuttle valve, so that continuous pressure is provided for a brake cavity of a motor speed reducer so as to keep long brake delay time until inertia energy of a cantilever crane rotary table overflows through buffering of a remote control overflow valve and is converted into heat to be used up, and parking stable stop of the cantilever crane rotary table is obtained. The hydraulic impact pressure of the oil ports A and B on the two sides of the motor is used for continuously pressing the brake cavity of the motor speed reducer, so that long brake delay time and a good parking buffer effect are kept, on-off of a switching valve is controlled through pressure of a brake control cavity of the motor speed reducer, and when the motor speed reducer stops in a static state, the rotary table has reliable braking and rotary locking functions. According to the rotary cushion valve system provided by the invention, the difference between starting impact and stopping impact ofa rotary table speed reducer motor and a hydraulic system of the rotary table speed reducer motor is fully considered, and an overflow valve and the remote control overflow valve are arranged to achieve separate control.

    一种回转缓冲阀系统,涉及随车起重机液压控制系统。通过第二梭阀,获取马达两侧A、B油口的液压冲击压力,给马达减速机制动腔续压,以保持较长的制动延时时间,直至臂架转台的惯性能量通过远控溢流阀的缓冲溢流,转化成热量消耗殆尽,获得臂架转台的驻车平稳停止。利用马达两侧A、B油口的液压冲击压力,给马达减速机制动腔续压,以实现保持较长的制动延时时间与好的驻车缓冲效果外,还通过马达减速机制动器控制腔的压力,来控制切换阀的通断,实现马达减速机停止静态下,转台的可靠制动与回转锁定功能。本发明充分考虑到转台减速机马达,其液压系统的启动冲击与停转冲击的差异,通过设置溢流阀与远控溢流阀,实现两者的分开控制。
