The invention discloses a crane hook assembly with a self-locking function. The crane hook assembly comprises a box body, wherein a first circular hole and a second circular hole are formed in the lower surface of the box body; the lower end of the second circular hole is abutted against a supporting column; a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the surface of a connecting mechanism and penetrate through the connecting mechanism; a fixed ring is arranged at one side of the connecting mechanism; the surface of the second through hole is abutted against a hook mechanism; the hook mechanism comprises an inner hook, an outer supporting hook and a self-locking mechanism; and the self-locking mechanism is arranged between the inner hook and the outer supporting hook. According to the crane hook assembly disclosed by the invention, the supporting column, the inner hook, the outer supporting hook and the self-locking mechanism are matched with one another to form a self-locking structure, so that a heavy object can be prevented from falling; when the heavy object is hung, the inner hook applies force to a supporting rod through a lug; a lock rod is pressed out through a second rotary shaft through the lever principle and is abutted against the fixed ring to form self-locking; and when the heavy object is not put down, the lock rod does not retract, so that the self-locking function of the self-locking mechanism can be effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种具有自锁功能的起重机挂钩总成,包括箱体,所述箱体下表面开设有第一圆孔和第二圆孔,所述第二圆孔下端抵接支撑柱,所述连接机构表面开设有第一通孔和第二通孔且贯穿,连接机构一侧设置有固定环,所述第二通孔表面与挂钩机构抵接,挂钩机构包括内挂钩、外支撑钩和自锁机构,所述自锁机构设置在内挂钩和外支撑钩之间。本发明通过支撑柱、内挂钩、外支撑钩和自锁机构的相互配合形成一个自锁结构,可以防止重物掉落,当挂上重物时,会使内挂钩通过凸块对支撑杆进行施力,通过杠杆原理,锁杆会通过第二转轴压出,并抵接固定环,形成自锁,在重物不放下时锁杆不会回缩,可以有效的保证自锁机构的自锁功能。
