The double-vacuum suction cup comprises a drive mechanism anda vacuum adsorption mechanism in driving connection to the drive mechanism, the vacuum adsorption mechanism adopts the double-vacuum suction cup; the double-vacuum suction cup comprises a fastening sealing plate in driving connection to the drive mechanism, an internal adsorption mechanism and an external pressure control mechanism which are arranged on the fastening sealing plate; the external pressure control mechanism is arranged outside the internal adsorption mechanism in a sleeving mode, the internal adsorption mechanism comprises at least one vacuum suction cup elastically connected tothe fastening sealing plate, the external pressure control mechanism covers the vacuum suction cup, and a high-pressure vacuum cavity is formed between the external pressure control mechanism and theexterior of the vacuum suction cup. The double-vacuum suction cup for processing extraction-hole-free all-steel vacuum glass through the one-step process disclosed by the invention can perform adsorption operation workpiece in a vacuum environment.
