本发明公开了一种用于FSRU的船岸和船船连接系统及其货物紧急切断方法,所述系统包括FSRU,终端,LNG船,船岸连接子系统,船船连接子系统,控制模块,分别位于终端和FSRU的系泊负载监测系统(MLM),分别位于FSRU和LNG船上的系泊负载监测复视系统;所述FSRU位于所述终端和LNG船中间,从终端往海上的方向,依次为:FSRU靠泊终端,LNG船靠泊FSRU;所述FSRU与所述终端和LNG船进行三方联动作业通讯,FSRU与所述终端间传输CNG和/或LNG信息,所述FSRU与所述LNG船间传输LNG信息;所述船岸连接子系统和船船连接子系统以光纤连接为主要连接方式,电气连接作为辅助连接方式,第二、第四电气连接模块根据靠泊的终端类型确定其是否需要连接。

    The invention discloses a ship shore and ship connecting system for an FSRU and a cargo emergency cut-off method thereof. The system comprises the FSRU, a terminal, an LNG ship, a ship shore connecting subsystem, a ship connecting subsystem, a control module, mooring load monitoring systems (MLM) located at the terminal and the FSRU respectively, and mooring load monitoring double-vision systems located on the FSRU and the LNG ship respectively. The FSRU is located between the terminal and the LNG ship, and the FSRU berthing terminal and the LNG ship berthing FSRU are sequentially arranged inthe direction from the terminal to the sea. The FSRU is in three-party linkage operation communication with the terminal and the LNG ship, CNG and/or LNG information is transmitted between the FSRU and the terminal, and the LNG information is transmitted between the FSRU and the LNG ship; the ship shore connecting subsystem and the ship connecting subsystem take optical fiber connection as a mainconnection mode and electrical connection as an auxiliary connection mode, and the second electrical connection module and the fourth electrical connection module determine whether connection is needed or not according to the type of a berthed terminal.
