The invention relates to the field of marine mechanical equipment, and aims at providing a six-degree-of-freedom active double-layer wave compensation device. The six-degree-of-freedom active double-layer wave compensation device is good in compensation effect, higher in control force on hoisted goods and better in stability. The six-degree-of-freedom active double-layer wave compensation device comprises a cargo crane (1) arranged on a cargo supply ship, and further comprises an upper-layer control mechanism connected with a suspension arm (2) of the cargo crane (1), a cargo carrying platform(3) is connected to the lower portion of the upper-layer control mechanism, a lower-layer control mechanism is connected to the lower portion of the cargo carrying platform (3), and the upper-layer control mechanism and the lower-layer control mechanism jointly adjust and control the posture position of the cargo carrying platform (3). According to the six-degree-of-freedom active double-layer wave compensation device, the wave compensation device solves the problems that an existing compensation device is poor in compensation effect, weaker in control force on the hoisted goods and poor in overall mechanism stability.

    本发明涉及船用机械设备领域,其目的是提供一种六自由度主动式双层波浪补偿装置,补偿效果好,对吊装货物控制力更强、稳定性更好。所述六自由度主动式双层波浪补偿装置包括设置于供货船上的吊货机(1),还包括与所述吊货机(1)的吊臂(2)连接的上层控制机构,所述上层控制机构的下方连接载货平台(3),所述载货平台(3)的下方连接有下层控制机构,所述上层控制机构和所述下层控制机构共同调节控制所述载货平台(3)的姿态位置。本发明提供的波浪补偿装置解决了现有补偿装置补偿效果差,对吊装货物的控制力较弱,整体机构稳定性差的问题。
