The invention discloses an N-point replacement method for flight release time slots. The method comprises the steps that: fitting is carried out based on the historical data of airport flights to generate a punctuality rate key impact factor data model; the performance interval of the punctuality rate key influence factor data model is judged for the flights according to the planned takeoff momentand original time slot arrangement of the flights if the flights are in a high-performance intervals, the new time slot arrangement range of the flights is the result of an interval from the plannedtakeoff moment to the planned takeoff moment plus preset time; if the flights are in a low-performance interval, the new time slot arrangement range of the flights is the result of an interval from the planned takeoff moment to the planned takeoff moment plus preset time; if the flights are in a rapid descent interval, the new time slot arrangement range of the flights is the result of an intervalfrom the planned takeoff moment to the original time slot arrangement; permutation and combination and multi-condition constraint detection are carried out on all flights according to the new time slot arrangement range, and selectable combination schemes meeting the requirements are obtained; and in the selectable combination schemes, the scheme with the maximum flight punctuality rate is selected as the time slot allocation scheme of the N-point replacement method.

    本发明公开了一种航班放行时隙的N点置换方法,包括:基于机场航班的历史数据,拟合生成正点率关键影响因子数据模型;航班根据各自的计划起飞时刻和原时隙安排,判断所处正点率关键影响因子数据模型的性能区间;若处于高性能区间,则航班新时隙安排的范围为“计划起飞时刻至计划起飞时刻+预设时间”;若处于低性能区间,航班新时隙安排的范围为“计划起飞时刻至计划起飞时刻+预设时间”;若处于急速下降区间,航班新时隙安排的范围为“计划起飞时刻至原时隙安排”;对所有航班按照新时隙安排的范围进行排列组合、多重条件约束检测,得到符合要求的可选组合方案;在可选组合方案中,选择航班正点率最大的方案,作为N点置换方法的时隙分配方案。
