The invention provides a lifting appliance and a robot. The lifting appliance comprises a bearing beam, a bearing rod, a limiting piece, an electromagnet structure and a guide part, wherein the bearing rod is vertically and movably arranged on the bearing beam in a penetrating mode; the limiting piece is connected to the upper part of the bearing rod and is in limiting fit with the upper side of the bearing beam; the electromagnet structure is connected to the lower part of the limiting piece; and the guide part is matched with the electromagnet structure so as to guide the vertical movement of the electromagnet structure. By adopting the scheme, the electromagnet structure can generate magnetic force by electrifying the electromagnet structure, so that metal pieces such as a stator and arotor can be adsorbed, and compared with a mode of using a pneumatic clamping jaw, the mode has the advantages that the hoisting amount is large, materials do not need to be accurately positioned, andthe material transferring efficiency is improved. Moreover, the electromagnet structure can vertically move when adsorbing the materials, so that a buffering effect can be achieved, and the impact damage is avoided. The electromagnet structure can stably move through the guide part, and shaking is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种吊具及机器人,吊具包括承重梁、承重杆、限位件、电磁铁结构和导向部,承重杆可竖直移动地穿设在承重梁上;限位件和承重杆的上部连接,限位件和承重梁的上侧限位配合;电磁铁结构和限位件的下部连接;导向部和电磁铁结构配合,以对电磁铁结构的竖直移动进行导向。采用该方案,通过对电磁铁结构通电,可使电磁铁结构产生磁力,从而可吸附定子、转子等金属件,此种方式与使用气动夹爪相比,吊装量大,并且无需对物料进行精确定位,提高了转运物料的效率。并且,电磁铁结构在吸附物料时可竖直移动,这样可起到缓冲作用,避免撞击损伤。通过导向部可使电磁铁结构平稳移动,减少晃动。
