According to the invention, the installation position and the assembly scheme ofthe first six-component sensor are changed, so that the front bearing pedestal is adaptive to the first six-component sensor, the first six-component sensor is changed into one part of the vehicle-mounted device at the fixed end of the vehicle on the basis of not changing the dynamic performance of the original vehicle, and the six-component measurement precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车载六分力传感器应用装置的轴承座模组及车载六分力传感器应用装置,车载六分力传感器应用装置包括前制动盘和第一六分力传感器,轴承座模组包括前轴承座,第一六分力传感器开设有第一安装孔和第一固定孔,前轴承座包括第一轴承安装筒和第一轴承座法兰板,第一轴承安装筒安装在第一安装孔内,第一轴承座法兰板环绕第一轴承安装筒设置,第一轴承座法兰板上开设有第一连接孔,第一连接孔通过连接件与第一固定孔连接。本发明改变了第一六分力传感器的安装位置与装配方案,使得前轴承座适配第一六分力传感器,在不改变原有汽车的动力学性能的基础上,使得第一六分力传感器变为汽车固定端车载装置的一部分,提高了六分力测量精度。
