The invention provides a full-automatic small electric vehicle battery replacement station battery replacement mode. The replacement mode comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a battery replacement container for battery replacement, a battery replacement battery storage rack, a battery transfer rack, a battery replacement guide rail and a battery replacement mechanism; and S2, driving an electric vehicle to be subjected to battery replacement into the battery replacement container along the battery replacement guide rail, enabling the control system to control the battery replacement mechanism to operate, taking down a battery replacement battery pack in the electric vehicle, and moving the taken-down battery replacement battery pack by a preset distance in the inlet direction of the battery replacement container through the battery replacement guide rail. In the actual application process, the battery replacement container, the battery replacement battery storage rack, the battery transfer rack, the battery replacement guide rail and the battery replacement mechanism can be well used cooperatively for rapid replacement of the battery pack, the mode is simple, and the efficiency is high.

    本发明提供一种全自动小型电动汽车换电站换电方式,包括以下步骤,S1:预备用于进行换电的换电集装箱、换电电池存放架、电池转移架、换电导轨以及换电机构;S2:将待换电的电动汽车沿着换电导轨开入换电集装箱中,控制系统控制换电机构运行,将电动汽车中的换电电池包取下,并通过换电轨道将取下的换电电池包朝换电集装箱入口方向移动一段预设距离,实际应用过程中,可以较好的协同利用换电集装箱、换电电池存放架、电池转移架、换电导轨以及换电机构进行电池包的快速更换,方式简单,且效率高。
