The invention relates to the technical field of wind power generation, and discloses a wind turbine generator blade lifting appliance device which comprises a top plate, a rotary assembly, a clampingassembly and a bottom support assembly. The bottom end of the top plate is fixedly connected with the rotary assembly, the bottom end of the rotary assembly is fixedly connected with the clamping assembly, and the right side of the bottom end of the rotary assembly is fixedly connected with the bottom support assembly. A second motor controls a transmission gear to rotate, the transmission gear drives an inner gear to rotate, the inner gear drives an annular plate to rotate, the annular plate drives a rolling ball assembly to operate, and the rolling ball assembly drives a fixing clamp to operate, so that a rolling ball body keeps stable when moving on the inner wall of a spherical spiral groove and generates lower friction force during moving, thereby avoiding getting stuck. The fixing clamp rotates relative to a fixed rod, so that the clamping assembly can adjust the clamping size according to the size of the top of a blade, automatic clamping and automatic unhooking are achieved, the safety of operators is guaranteed, the high-altitude operation difficulty is lowered, and the installation efficiency of a wind turbine generator is improved.

    本发明涉及风力发电技术领域,且公开了一种风电机组叶片吊具装置,包括顶板、回转组件、夹持组件和底托组件,所述顶板底端与回转组件固定连接,所述回转组件底端与夹持组件固定连接,所述回转组件底端右侧与底托组件固定连接;通过第二电机控制传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮带着内齿轮转动,内齿轮带着圆环板转动,圆环板滚球组件运行,滚球组件带着固定夹运行,从而使滚球本体在球形螺旋槽内壁运动时保持稳定,且降低其运动产生的摩擦力防止卡住,固定夹相对于固定杆转动,使得夹持组件可以根据叶片顶部大小从而调整夹持大小,实现自动夹持和自动脱钩,保证了作业人员安全性、降低了高空作业难度大并且提高了风电机组的安装效率。
