The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft flight control, and particularly relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle large-gradient stable disc maneuvering control method which comprises the following specific steps: a control scheme and a control law of an elevator channel, an engine channel, an aileron channel and a rudder channel are provided; an elevator channel adopts a lifting speed attack angle and pitch angle rate cascade control structure to prevent stall in the maneuvering process; the engine channel takes the longitudinal acceleration as an inner ring and the indication airspeed as an outer ring to realize quick response of the speed; the aileron channel takes rolling angle rate control as an inner ring, and an outer ring controls a rolling angle to realize large-gradient rolling circling motion; the rudder channel is used for stabilizing and eliminating adverse sideslip generated by large-gradient rolling, sideslip-free turning is achieved, and stability and controllability of course dynamic change are guaranteed. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be prevented from stalling due to the too large attack angle in the maneuvering process of the large-gradient stabilizing disc, and stable circling of the unmanned aerial vehicle under different conditions is achieved.
