The invention discloses an arrangement method for three pedals of a light truck, comprising the following steps: preliminarily calculating an estimated pedal height h of an accelerator pedal accordingto H30; preliminarily calculating an estimated pedal angle Ra of the accelerator pedal according to the H30; calculating an accelerator pedal plane angle A47 according to a seat height H30 of a vehicle to be designed; determining an initial position of the accelerator pedal according to the estimated pedal height h of the accelerator pedal, the estimated pedal angle Ra of the accelerator pedal, and the plane angle A47 of the accelerator pedal as well as the shape and size of the accelerator pedal; determining an accelerator pedal stroke; determining an accelerator pedal rotation center; setting a normal height difference of the accelerator pedal, a brake pedal and a clutch pedal; setting transverse positions of the accelerator pedal, the brake pedal and the clutch pedal; and checking whether or not 3D data of the pedal and the peripheral parts interfere with each other. The design can effectively reduce the number of times of later design change and trial production of a sample piece,so that arrangement efficiency is improved, a development period is shortened, and development cost is reduced.
