The invention discloses a distribution control mechanism and control method for vehicle compressed air as well as a vehicle. The distribution control mechanism comprises a first valve and two second valves, wherein the first valve comprises a first valve air inlet, a first valve air release port, a first valve stop position and a first valve air outlet; the first valve air outlet communicates withthe first valve air inlet or the first valve air release port or the first valve stop position; the second valve comprises a second valve air inlet, a second valve air outlet and a second valve stopposition, and the second valve air inlet communicates with the second valve air outlet or the second valve stop position; the first valve air outlet separately communicates with second valve air inlets of wo second valves through pipelines; pressure sensors are arranged on the pipelines; and the first valve, the second valves and the pressure sensors are all electrically connected to a controller.According to the characteristic that two air use units of a vehicle have compressed air use requirements in different time periods, real-time and on-demand control and distribution of compressed airare achieved through a simple and standard duty ratio valve and a switch valve structure.
