The invention discloses a friction plate wear alarm strategy of a fixed brake caliper of a disc brake. A plurality of alarm levels are provided, the wear degree of a brake pad is estimated indirectlythrough a piston displacement sensor, and the number of times of braking is introduced as an auxiliary judgment condition to judge the alarm levels, and finally, a final alarm level is obtained, and an alarm is given according to a priority judgment rule triggered by that the alarm state with the high priority covers the alarm state with the low priority. The strategy provided by the invention hasthe advantages of being small in improvement on the structure of the brake caliper, low in improvement cost and high in practical value; and meanwhile, errors are reduced, the alarm accuracy is improved, the alarm timeliness is guaranteed, and potential safety hazards caused by untimely alarm and false alarm are avoided.

    本发明公开了盘式制动器的固定式制动钳的摩擦片磨损报警策略,提供了多个报警级别,通过活塞位移传感器来间接估算制动片的磨损程度,并引入了制动次数作为辅助判别条件来判断报警级别,最后根据优先级高的报警状态覆盖优先级低的报警状态,触发的优先级判断规则,获得最终的报警级别,并进行报警。本发明提供的策略对制动钳结构的改进小,改造成本低,实用价值高;同时减小了误差,提高了报警的准确性,保证了报警的及时性,解决了因报警不及时、误报警而造成的安全隐患。
