The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft landing gear design, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of an aircraft landing gear outer barrel. The manufacturing method includes the steps that a process sheath is arranged on the outer side of an inner-layer barrel, wherein the inner-layer barrel is made of high-strength steel; ultrahigh-strength powder is injected between the inner-layer barrel and the process sheath, and the inner-layer barrel and the process sheath are put in hot isobaric equipment, so that the ultrahigh-strength steel powder is solidified, and anouter-layer barrel is formed; and the process sheath is removed, and the aircraft landing gear outer barrel is obtained. According to the aircraft landing gear outer barrel manufactured through the manufacturing method of the aircraft landing gear outer barrel, the outer-layer barrel is made of the ultrahigh-strength steel, and when the outer-layer barrel is applied to an aircraft landing gear, large impact loads can be borne in the takeoff and landing process of an aircraft; and in addition, the inner-layer barrel is made of the high-strength steel, so that the inner-layer barrel is small indensity and light in weight, overall overweight of the aircraft landing gear can be effectively avoided, and compared with the fact that an aircraft landing gear outer barrel is made of single ultrahigh-strength steel, the manufacturing cost is low.

    本申请属于飞机起落架设计技术领域,具体涉及一种飞机起落架外筒制造方法,包括:在内层筒外侧设置工艺包套;其中,内层筒以高强度钢制造;向内层筒、工艺包套之间注入超高强度粉末,置于热等压设备中,使超高强度钢粉末固结,形成外层筒;去除工艺包套得到飞机起落架外筒。以上述飞机起落架外筒制造方法制造得到的飞机起落架外筒,外层筒以超高强度钢制造,在应用于飞机起落架时,能够在飞机起飞、着陆过程中承受较大的冲击载荷,此外,内层筒以高强度钢制造,密度较小,质量较轻,可有效避免飞机起落架整体超重,且相较于飞机起落架外筒由单一超高强度钢制造,造价较低。
