The invention discloses an airplane front wheel deflection angle measuring mechanism, and relates to the technical field of airplane test measuring devices. The measuring mechanism comprises an encoder, a connecting rod I, a connecting rod II, a sleeve hoop and an outer sleeve hoop, the outer sleeve hoop is installed on an outer sleeve of a nose landing gear, the sleeve hoop is installed on a lower joint of the landing gear, a connecting piece I is arranged on the outer sleeve hoop, a connecting piece II is arranged on the sleeve hoop, one end of the connecting rod I is hinged with the end part of the connecting piece II, and the other end of the connecting rod I is hinged with one end of the connecting rod II; the encoder shell is fixed on the connecting piece I, and the other end of theconnecting rod II is connected with an output shaft of the encoder through a coupler; and the connecting rod I, the connecting rod II, the connecting piece I and the connecting piece II form a parallelogram structure. The measuring mechanism has the characteristics of reliable work, simple principle, compact structure, low cost, high measurement precision and the like.

    本发明公开了一种飞机前轮偏转角度测量机构,涉及飞机试验测量装置技术领域。包括编码器、连杆Ⅰ、连杆Ⅱ、套筒卡箍和外筒卡箍,所述外筒卡箍安装在前起落架外筒上,所述套筒卡箍安装在起落架下接头上,外筒卡箍上设置连接件Ⅰ,套筒卡箍上设置有连接件Ⅱ,连杆Ⅰ的一端与连接件Ⅱ端部铰接,连杆Ⅰ的另一端与连杆Ⅱ的一端铰接;所述编码器外壳固定在连接件Ⅰ上,连杆Ⅱ的另一端与编码器的输出轴通过联轴器连接;连杆Ⅰ、连杆Ⅱ、连接件Ⅰ和连接件Ⅱ形成一平行四边形结构。本发明具有工作可靠、原理简单、结构紧凑、成本低、测量精度高等特点。
