The invention is suitable for the technical field of electric vehicles, and particularly relates to a multi-connecting-rod balance type brake system which comprises a three-hole balance plate. The three-hole balance plate is hinged to the foot brake bent pipe; the system also comprises a brake connecting rod I and a brake connecting rod II which can be telescopically adjusted, the brake connectingrod I is hinged to the three-hole balance plate, and the brake connecting rod II is hinged to the three-hole balance plate; the brake connecting rod I is connected with a brake drum I; the brake connecting rod II is connected with a brake drum II; when the brake drum I and the brake drum II are abraded and the gaps are not synchronous, eccentric braking is caused; the three-hole balance plate iscompleted by the brake connecting rod I and the brake connecting rod II which can be telescopically adjusted by taking the hinged point of the foot brake bent pipe and the three-hole balance plate asan original point; lever rotation adjustment compensation errors of the brake connecting rod I and the brake connecting rod II are achieved, left-right balance is adjusted, the purpose of eliminatingeccentric braking during braking is achieved, synchronous braking is completed, and production debugging efficiency is improved. And the problem of eccentric braking is solved, and the braking safetyis effectively improved.

    本发明适用于电动车技术领域,具体是一种多连杆平衡式刹车系统,包括三孔平衡板;所述三孔平衡板铰接连接在脚刹弯管上;还包括可进行伸缩调节的制动连杆Ⅰ和制动连杆Ⅱ,所述制动连杆Ⅰ铰接在三孔平衡板上,所述制动连杆Ⅱ铰接在三孔平衡板上;其中,所述制动连杆Ⅰ上连接有刹车鼓Ⅰ;所述制动连杆Ⅱ上连接有刹车鼓Ⅱ;在磨损等刹车鼓Ⅰ和刹车鼓Ⅱ间隙不同步导致偏刹时,通过可进行伸缩调节的制动连杆Ⅰ和制动连杆Ⅱ完成三孔平衡板绕着脚刹弯管和三孔平衡板铰接点为原点,实现制动连杆Ⅰ和制动连杆Ⅱ杠杆旋转调节补偿误差,调节左右平衡,达到消除制动时偏刹目的,完成同步制动,提升生产调试效率;降低了因偏刹问题,有效提升了制动安全性。
