The invention provides a method for designing the size of a water diversion port of a ship self-flowing cooling system. The method comprises the following steps: reading a self-flowing cooling capacity coefficient, a water diversion device additional flow resistance coefficient and a water diversion port size coefficient; inputting weights of a self-flow cooling capacity coefficient and an additional flow resistance coefficient of a water diversion device, and performing weighted summation to obtain a relationship between a weighting coefficient and the water diversion port size coefficient; obtaining the water diversion port size coefficient corresponding to the maximum weighting coefficient, and obtaining the optimal water diversion port diameter according to the water diversion port size coefficient. According to the design method provided by the invention, the water diversion port size coefficient corresponding to the maximum weighting coefficient is determined by reading the relationship among the self-flow cooling capacity coefficient, the additional flow resistance coefficient of the water diversion device and the water diversion port size coefficient, so the optimal water diversion port diameter of the ship self-flowing cooling system is determined according to the known relational expression, a standard design method is provided for the size of a water diversion port of an existing ship self-flowing cooling system, and the design efficiency of the ship self-flowing cooling system is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种船舶自流冷却系统引水口尺寸设计方法,包括读取自流冷却能力系数和引水装置附加流动阻力系数与引水口尺寸系数;输入自流冷却能力系数和引水装置附加流动阻力系数的权值并加权求和,得到加权系数与引水口尺寸系数的关系;获取加权系数最大时所对应的引水口尺寸系数,根据引水口尺寸系数获取最佳的引水口直径。本发明提供的设计方法,通过读取自流冷却能力系数和引水装置附加流动阻力系数与引水口尺寸系数的关系,确定最大的加权系数时所对应的引水口尺寸系数,从而根据已知关系式确定船舶自流冷却系统最佳的引水口直径,给当前船舶自流冷却系统引水口尺寸提供了一种规范的设计方法,有效提高了船舶自流冷却系统的设计效率。
