The invention provides an integrated direct-current charging pile assembled in a modular mode. The integrated direct-current charging pile comprises a power input unit, a weak current control meteringpart, a power conversion unit, a power output unit and a man-machine operation part; and each module unit assembly can be independently disassembled. The man-machine operation part is mounted on a front door of a charging pile; the power input unit is fixed at the lower part of the charging pile front door; the weak current control metering part is fixed to the upper portion of the charging pilefront door, the lower portion of the weak current control metering part is close to the power input unit, the power conversion unit penetrates through the left and right sides of the lower portion ofthe charging pile, the power output unit is fixed to the upper portion of the back of the charging pile, and the module unit assembly is fixed to a charging pile metal plate structure. By reasonably designing and arranging the relative positions of the charging pile components, strong and weak electricity isolation is achieved, extra hardware does not need to be added, the system complexity and cost are reduced on the premise that the good assembling performance of the system is guaranteed, the assembling efficiency and reliability are improved, and large-batch production of the charging pilesis facilitated.

    本发明提出一种模块化组装的一体式直流充电桩,包含动力输入单元、弱电控制计量部分、功率变换单元、动力输出单元、人机操作部分,各模组单元组件可以单独拆卸,其中,人机操作部分安装到充电桩的正门上,动力输入单元固定于充电桩正门下部位置,弱电控制计量部分固定于充电桩正门上部位置,其下部紧挨着动力输入单元,功率变换单元贯通于充电桩下部左右两侧位置,动力输出单元固定于充电桩背面上部位置,模组单元组件固定于充电桩钣金结构上。通过对充电桩元器件相对位置进行合理的设计排布,做到强弱电隔离,无需增加额外硬件,在保证系统良好装配性的前提下降低了系统复杂度及成本,提升了装配效率及可靠性,便于充电桩的大批量生产。
