The invention relates to a coaxial drive axle system. The system comprises a motor, a transmission, a left half axle and a right half axle, the motor comprises a rotating shaft which hollowly sleeveson the right half bridge; the transmission comprises a differential mechanism, the two ends of the differential mechanism are connected with the left half axle and the right half axle respectively, the axis of the differential mechanism is collinear with the axis of a rotating shaft of the motor, the axis of the left half axle and the axis of the right half axle are coliner, and power of the motoris transmitted to the left half axle and the right half axle through the differential mechanism. The coaxial drive axle system is adopted, the axis of the motor, the axis of the differential mechanism and the left/right half axle axis are collinear; power of the motor can be transmitted to the differential mechanism through two-stage gear reduction, the differential mechanism divides the power into two parts, transmits the two parts to the left half axle and the right half axle respectively and finally transmits the two parts to wheels, the structural size is small, miniaturization, light weight and variable gears of the driving system are achieved, the efficient area of the motor and an engine is widened, and therefore the dynamic property and economical efficiency of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及一种同轴驱动桥系统,所述的系统包括:电机、变速器、左半桥以及右半桥,所述的电机包括空套在右半桥上的转轴,所述的变速器包括差速器,所述的差速器的两端分别与左半桥、右半桥相连接,所述的差速器的轴线与所述的电机的转轴的轴线、左半桥轴线、右半桥轴线共线,所述的电机的动力经所述的差速器传递至所述的左半桥和右半桥。采用本发明的同轴驱动桥系统,电机的轴线、差速器轴线和左/右半桥轴线共线,电机的动力可经两级齿轮减速传到差速器上,差速器将动力一分二,分别传到左/右半桥,最终传到车轮,这样的结构体积小,实现驱动系统小型化轻量化,档位可变的驱动桥拓宽了电机和发动机的高效区,从而改善整车动力性和经济性。
