The invention relates to a road surface unevenness and grade real-time identification system, and belongs to the technical field of detection in the vehicle driving process. The system comprises a vehicle dynamic response information extraction module, an information transmission module and a road surface parameter real-time identification module. Sensors used by the vehicle dynamic response information extraction module comprise a built-in magnetostriction displacement sensor, a pressure sensor and an encoder, and the information transmission module transmits information obtained by the displacement sensor, the pressure sensor and the speed sensor to an ECU in real time through a CAN bus. The road surface parameter real-time identification module compiles EMD, wavelet denoising and trained deep learning programs in the ECU, so that the road surface unevenness and grade are identified in real time. According to the method, the pavement unevenness and grade can be identified in real time, judgment is accurate, and a basis is provided for active control over the suspension; in addition, the method is high in transportability, is not limited by the type of the vehicle, and is higher in applicability to the vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种路面不平度及等级实时辨识系统,属于车辆行驶过程中的检测技术领域。该系统包括:车辆动态响应信息提取模块、信息传输模块和路面参数实时辨识模块;所述车辆动态响应信息提取模块,其所用传感器包括:内置磁致伸缩位移传感器、压力传感器和编码器,所述信息传输模块将位移传感器、压力传感器和速度传感器所获信息通过CAN总线实时传输到ECU中;所述路面参数实时辨识模块将EMD、小波去噪和已训练完成的深度学习程序编写在ECU中,从而实时辨识路面不平度和等级。本发明可以实时辨识路面不平度及等级,判断精准,为悬架的主动控制提供了依据;除此之外,本发明可移植性高,不受车辆类型的限制,对车辆具有较好的适用性。
