The invention relates to a vertical hanging and translation in-position device and method for large-space multiple metal mesh curtains. According to the device, the metal mesh curtains are hung and installed from bottom to top, the multiple mesh curtains are hung from the same position and then translated into the position, so that the crossing working surfaces and labor are reduced; in the hanging process, the metal mesh curtains are supported by a strip-shaped clamp hanging part, and in the translation process, the weight of the metal mesh curtains is supported through a translating pulley hanging part, the strip-shaped clamp hanging part and the translating pulley hanging part are used as temporary stress conversion parts, and the strip-shaped clamp hanging part and the translating pulley hanging part are quick and convenient to install and easy to disassemble, and can be reused. According to the device, the problem that in a large public space, because the metal mesh curtains are large in breadth and heavy in weight and hanging crosses multiple layers, the installation difficulty exists is solved, and the device has the characteristics of saving labor and tool cost, reducing construction difficulty and being convenient to install.

    本发明涉及大空间多幅金属网帘垂直吊挂及平移就位装置及方法。本发明中的金属网帘从下往上进行起吊安装,由同一位置起吊多幅,而后平移就位,减少交叉作业面和人工;起吊过程中,金属网帘通过条形夹具吊挂件承重,平移过程中,通过平移滑轮吊挂件承重,条形夹具吊挂件及平移滑轮吊挂件作为临时受力转换件,安装快捷方便,易于拆卸,可重复利用。顶部固定于原始建筑结构上的槽钢轨道,作为固定构件的同时,又可作为辅助安装工具,节省材料和设备,具有良好的经济效益。本发明解决了在大型公共空间中,金属网帘由于其幅面大,质量重,且吊挂跨越多层而存在的安装难题,具有节省人工、机具费用,降低施工难度,安装便捷的特点。
