The invention discloses a flexible bus route resource reuse allocation scheduling method which comprises field area selection: searching B field areas by taking an online booked bus departure point asa circle center and taking A as a radius, and optimizing C field areas according to distances from small to large by using a radius or path planning algorithm. Firstly, distribution of all paths in an area A is completed, all the paths in the area A are divided, and the length is calculated. If some paths are not covered by any field area or only partially covered by any field area, the paths arepreprocessed and classified. According to the invention, existing bus resources are utilized while conventional bus lines and flexible bus lines are taken into consideration, constraints of vehiclesand stations are considered at the same time, a scientific model algorithm is applied, a station shunting strategy is considered and comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of time-space relaxation, so that optimal vehicles are selected from existing idle conventional operation lines and stations for allocation and scheduling, orders are completed, and a flexible crowdsourcing mechanism in abus company is formed step by step.

    本发明公开了一种柔性公交线路资源复用分配调度方法,包括场区选择,是以网约公交发车点为圆心,以A为半径寻找B个场区;以半径或路径规划算法,按距离从小到大优选出C个场区。首先完成A区所有路径的分配,将A区内所有路径划分出来,并计算长度。若出现某些路径没有被任一场区所覆盖或者只有部分覆盖,故先对路径进行预处理,对路径进行分类整理。本发明利用公交现有资源兼顾常规公交和柔性公交线路的条件下,同时考虑车辆和场站的约束,运用科学的模型算法,从时间空间松弛角度考虑,综合分析场站调车策略,从现有空闲的常规运营线路和场站选择最优车辆,进行分配调度,完成订单并逐步形成公交公司内部的柔性众包机制。
