The invention belongs to the field of aeronautical manufacturing, and discloses an aircraft common frame edge assembling method which comprises the following steps ofwhen a fixture is pre-assembled ona wall plate, arranging an inner clamping plate on the inner side of the fixture, arranginga detachable auxiliary clamping plate on the inner clamping plate, enablingthe molded surface of the auxiliary clamping plate to bematched with the theoretical molded surface of the shear piece,when the shear piece is positioned, enabling the shear piece to be tightly attached to the auxiliary clamping plate, and then pressing the shear piece through the pressing piece, forming connecting and fixing piece holes for connecting the shear pieces and the skin, then removing the auxiliary clamping plate, andthen riveting the shear pieces and the skin, positioning the frame edge according to a frame edge positioner on the inner clamping plate,and drilling a fastener hole for connecting the shear sheet with the frame edge, and riveting the shear sheet with the frame edge and the stringer. After the auxiliary clamping plate is adopted for positioning the shear piece, the positioning precision of the shear piece is greatly improved, and the defect that the frame edge assembling precision is affected by part manufacturing errors and human factors of operators due to a traditional common frame edge assembling process method is overcome.

    本发明属于航空制造领域,公开了一种飞机普通框缘装配方法,在壁板预装型架时,在型架內侧设置內型卡板;在内型卡板上安装可拆卸的辅助卡板,辅助卡板的型面与剪力片的理论型面匹配;对剪力片进行定位时,将剪力片与辅助卡板紧密贴合,然后使用压紧件对剪力片进行压紧;对剪力片与蒙皮连接的接固件孔,然后拆除辅助卡板,再对剪力片和蒙皮进行铆接;将框缘按內型卡板上的框缘定位器进行定位;钻制剪力片与框缘连接的紧固件孔,将剪力片与框缘及长桁铆接。采用辅助卡板定位剪力片后大大提高了剪力片定位精度,克服了普通框缘传统装配工艺方法造成的框缘装配精度受零件制造误差、操作人员人为因素影响的缺点。
