The invention discloses a marine hydrological observation device. The device comprises a floating platform, a main bracket arranged above the floating platform and a balance bracket arranged at the bottom of the floating platform, wherein a closed electronic cabin is arranged in the floating platform; a storage battery, a control circuit and a memory are arranged in the closed electronic cabin; amonitoring device is arranged above the floating platform; the storage battery is connected with the monitoring device through the control circuit; the output end of the monitoring device is connectedwith the memory; and a supporting frame is fixed to the top of the main support. A solar cell panel is movably installed on the top of the supporting frame. The solar cell panel is connected with thestorage battery through the control circuit. The upper end of the solar cell panel is hinged to the top of the supporting frame. According to the solar buoy, the service life of the solar cell panelcan be prolonged, the number of overhauling times can be reduced, the solar buoy can well adapt to the environment in water, and the buoy can be kept more stable.

    本发明公开了一种海洋水文观测装置,包括浮台、设于浮台上方的主支架和设于浮台底部的平衡支架,浮台的内部设有密闭电子舱,密闭电子舱的内部设有蓄电池、控制电路和存储器,浮台上方设有监测装置,蓄电池通过控制电路和监测装置连接,监测装置输出端与存储器连接,主支架的顶部固定有支撑架,支撑架的顶部活动安装有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板通过控制电路和蓄电池连接,太阳能电池板的上端与支撑架的顶部铰接,太阳能电池板的底部一侧固定有连接杆,连接杆的下端铰接有活动杆,活动杆的下端套设有第一套筒,本发明能够延长太阳能电池板的使用寿命,能够减少检修次数,能够较好的适应水中的环境,使浮标保持更加的平稳。
