The invention discloses an environment-friendly processing technology for integration of vulcanizing stabilizer bar and heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber bushing, which comprises a stabilizer bar and a rubber bushing; wherein the rubber bushing comprises a bushing body and a bonding layer; the machining process comprises the following steps: a, coating the mounting part of the stabilizer bar with base glue; b, coating surface glue on the mounting surface of the rubber bushing or the mounting part of the stabilizer bar; c, moving the rubber bushing to the mounting part; and d, baking the rubber bushing and at least part of the mounting part until the rubber bushing and at least part of the mounting part are bonded into a whole. According to the invention, the stabilizing rod andthe rubber bushing are coated with the primer or the surface glue; the rubber bushing and the stabilizer bar are bonded into a whole, so that when the stabilizer bar is twisted, the rubber bushing does not rotate relative to the stabilizer bar, but adapts to the torsion of the stabilizer bar through the elastic deformation of the rubber bushing, the generation of abnormal sound is fundamentally avoided, and the service life is prolonged; in addition, the automation of machining can be achieved, higher efficiency is achieved, and the cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种稳定杆与耐热耐蚀型橡胶衬套硫化一体的环保化加工工艺,包括稳定杆和橡胶衬套,所述橡胶衬套包括衬套本体和粘接层;该加工工艺包括如下步骤:a、在稳定杆的安装部上涂抹底胶;b、在橡胶衬套的安装面或稳定杆的安装部上涂抹面胶;c、将橡胶衬套移动至安装部上;d、对橡胶衬套和至少部分安装部进行烘烤,直至两者粘接为一个整体。本发明通过在稳定杆和橡胶衬套上涂抹底胶或面胶,将橡胶衬套和稳定杆粘接为一个整体,使得稳定杆发生扭转时,橡胶衬套不会与稳定杆发生相对转动,而是会通过自身的弹性形变适应稳定杆的扭转,从根本上杜绝了异响的产生,延长了使用寿命;且加工能够实现自动化,更为高效,节约了成本。
