The invention provides a method for optimizing safety performance of a vehicle and a cab frame structure and relates to the technical field of vehicle cab safety. The optimization method comprises thefollowing steps of enhancing strength of a frame structure of the cab of the vehicle by adjusting a structure and/or increasing or decreasing parts; and enhancing an energy absorption capacity of theframe structure by manufacturing a part of the parts in the frame structure with an energy absorption material so that a collision force borne by the cab in a collision process of the vehicle is reduced. According to the optimization method provided by the invention, life safety of passengers in the cab can be ensured during collision and the safety performance of the vehicle is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种用于车辆的安全性能的优化方法和驾驶室框架结构。涉及车辆的驾驶室安全技术领域。优化方法包括:通过结构调整和/或增减零部件来增强所述车辆的驾驶室的框架结构的强度,及通过采用吸能材料制作所述框架结构中的部分零部件来增强所述框架结构的吸能能力,使得所述车辆在碰撞过程中所述驾驶室受到的碰撞力被削减。本发明提供的优化方法能够在碰撞时保证驾驶室内乘员的生命安全的车辆安全性能。
