The invention relates to the technical field of vibration isolation, and discloses a vibration isolation device based on acoustic black hole structures and a ship system. The vibration isolation device comprises a supporting structure, wherein the supporting structure is used for being arranged between vibration source equipment and a mounting base, a plurality of acoustic black hole structures are constructed on the supporting structure, and the acoustic black hole structures are connected with a local area vibrator assembly. According to the vibration isolation device based on the acoustic black hole structures and the ship system provided by the invention, vibration energy transmitted by the vibration source equipment is gathered in the acoustic black hole structures through the acoustic black hole structures on the supporting structure, efficient gathering of the vibration energy is achieved, on the basis, efficient absorption of the vibration energy can be achieved by installing the local oscillator assembly at the acoustic black hole structure, and thus the vibration isolation effect is effectively improved in the vibration transmission process of the vibration source equipment.
