本发明提供一种聚氨酯阻燃薄膜、制备方法及其用途。所述聚氨酯阻燃薄膜包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族TPU颗粒,83‑98重量份;阻燃交联剂1‑16份;助剂1‑4.5份。本发明的聚氨酯阻燃薄膜的拉伸强度为20‑45Mpa,撕裂强度为75‑85N/mm,硬度为80‑95shore A,阻燃等级为UL94 VTM‑0,能够克服现有的隐形车衣膜易燃或阻燃性能一般的技术缺陷,在保证阻燃效果的同时兼有优良的力学性能。

The polyurethane flame-retardant film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 83-98 parts of aliphatic TPU particles, 1-16 parts of a flame-retardant cross-linking agent, and 1-4.5 parts of an auxiliary agent. The tensile strength of the polyurethane flame-retardant film disclosed by the invention is 20-45Mpa, the tear strength is 75-85 N/mm, the hardness is 80-95 shore A, the flame-retardant grade is UL94 VTM-0, the technical defect that an existing invisible car cover film is inflammable or general in flame-retardant performance can be overcome, and excellent mechanical property is achieved while the flame-retardant effect is guaranteed.
