The invention discloses a main engine hoisting method. The main engine hoisting method comprises the following steps that S1, after ship launching, a main engine detached into multiple sections are assembled into a complete engine; S2, multiple hoisting devices are installed on the complete engine; S3, the hoisting devices and a floating crane device are connected through hoisting ropes; S4, the floating crane device is adopted to hoist the complete engine into an engine room and place the complete engine on the engine seat. According to the main engine hoisting method, the main engine is hoisted after ship launching, so that the dock occupied period of the ship can be shortened, and the contradiction that the delivery period of the main engine lags behind the building period of the ship on the dock is solved; and by the adoption of the method, the ship building period is shortened, so that the production efficiency of the ship is improved, and then the purposes of building more shipsand rapidly building the ships are achieved. In addition, hoisting is conducted after the main engine detached into multiple sections are assembled into the complete engine, so that by the adoption ofthe hoisting method, the use time of the floating crane device can be shortened, and production cost is greatly saved.

    本发明公开了一种主机吊装方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、船舶下水后将拆分成多段的主机拼装成整机;S2、将多个吊具安装在整机上;S3、将吊具和浮吊设备通过吊装绳索连接;S4、采用浮吊设备将整机吊入机舱,并放置在主机机座上。等船舶下水后再进行主机的吊装,可以缩短船舶的船坞占用周期,解决了主机纳期滞后于船舶在船坞的建造周期的矛盾。采用这种方法,缩短了造船周期,进而提高船舶的生产效率以实现多造船、快造船的目的。而且,将分成多段的主机拼装成整机后再进行吊装,采用这种吊装方法,可缩短浮吊设备的使用时间,节省大量的生产费用。
