The invention provides an ultralow-temperature cold starting system and method for a series hybrid electric vehicle. The system comprises a high-pressure subsystem and a control subsystem, wherein thehigh-voltage subsystem mainly comprises a power battery, an anti-reverse diode, an intelligent power unit, a driving motor and a battery heating film, and the intelligent power unit comprises a generator and an engine; the control subsystem comprises a vehicle control unit, a battery manager and a distribution box controller, and the battery manager and the distribution box controller are both connected with the vehicle control unit. The problem of short circuit caused by charging of a power battery after low-temperature starting of the series hybrid electric vehicle can be avoided, and the problems that electric energy attenuation of the power battery is serious under the ultralow-temperature condition, and the power battery cannot be self-heated sufficiently are solved.

    本发明提供一种串联混合动力汽车超低温冷启动系统及方法,系统包括:高压子系统和控制子系统;其中高压子系统主要包含动力电池、防反二极管、智能功率单元、驱动电机、电池加热膜,智能功率单元包含发电机与发动机;控制子系统包含整车控制器、电池管理器和配电箱控制器,电池管理器和配电箱控制器均与整车控制器。本发明能够避免串联混合动力汽车低温启动后动力电池充电引起的短路问题,并解决了超低温情况下动力电池电能衰减严重,不足以给自身完成加热的问题。
