The invention discloses a graphite electrode lifting device. The graphite electrode lifting device comprises a suspension plate, lifting devices and clamping plates; the lifting devices involve a mounting base, and the mounting base is connected with the suspension plate through a first auxiliary pull rope; the suspension plate is connected with a lifter through a main pull rope, and a transmission box in the middle of the upper sides of the mounting bases is rotationally connected with a threaded rod; the plurality of lifting devices are evenly distributed on the lower side of the mounting base, and each lifting device comprises a front supporting plate and a rear supporting plate; and the front supporting plates and the rear supporting plates are distributed at intervals, and racks meshed with trigger gears are arranged on the back sides of the front supporting plates and the back supporting plates. According to the graphite electrode lifting device, a motor drives the threaded rod to drive clamping plates to clamp graphite electrode so that the graphite electrode can be conveniently lifted and suspended; and the trigger gears are pulled by the weight of the graphite electrode torotate to drive the front supporting plates and the rear supporting plates to slide so as to support the lower side of the graphite electrode, then uniform clamping force can be applied to the graphite electrode by the supporting plates, the graphite electrode is prevented from being damaged due to uneven stress caused by unstable lifting of the lifter, and the safety of the lifting process of the graphite electrode is improved.

    本发明公开一种石墨电极升降装置,包括悬吊板,托举装置和夹板,托举装置包括安装座,安装座通过第一辅助拉绳与悬吊板连接,悬吊板通过主拉绳与升降机连接,安装座上侧中部的传动箱转动连接有螺纹杆,安装座下侧均匀分布有多个托举装置,托举装置包括前托板和后托板,前托板和后托板相间分布,前托板和后托板背侧设置有与触发齿轮啮合的齿条,本发明利用电机驱动螺纹杆带动夹板将石墨电极夹紧,方便对石墨电极进行升降悬吊,利用石墨电极自身的重量拉动触发齿轮转动,带动前托板和后托板滑动,将石墨电极下侧拖住,使托板施加给石墨电极均匀的加持力,避免升降机升降不平稳造成手里不均匀引起石墨电极被损坏,提升了石墨电极升降过程的安全性。
